KLM is looking for experienced graphic designers for various duties and responsibilities, in-house and for clients. This position will create and maintain the graphic look and feel for all KLM departments to ensure consistency in all marketing materials and to make sure the design process is satisfactory and within budget constraints. Also the job requires troubleshooting with outside vendors to resolve graphic design issues, respond to ad hoc requests from sales/marketing professionals, and work with a variety of internal managers, marketing professionals and KLM executive staff to coordinate the timely processing of requests.

Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Quark or InDesign CS4, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and HTML software
- Strong visual skills, logical, with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop creative solutions to design issues
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with an ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.

Day to day interface with customer, sales reps, field sales personnel, and distributors. Researching the status of customer orders, returns, failure analysis, providing information on possible product problems. Resolve production, shipping and scheduling issues.
Main Duties
Assist with communicating data to other sales reps, maintain accurate tracking and follow up of outstanding issues to insure timely feedback to customers and KLM staff. Provide pro-active sales support and actively educate / motivate sales force. Responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and after sales. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
